Preptober

As much as I am a massive discovery writer, I may have a thousand things to keep track of task wise for either different projects I've got going on at the same time or different aspects of a story I need to figure out to keep the story going.

I've found that using a Kanban board has been super useful. One of the boards I've got right now is just tracking which ones I've got that I am writing/re-writing, editing, and some stuff that are still in my planning stage

My favorite way to get ready to write a project is to research until my brain explodes lol!

I've been intensely discovering every detail of life surrounding the time period and place that my Nov. WIP will take place in, and it is SO fun, there's so many interesting facts to discover!

Does anyone else like to do this?

Anyone else just intensely daydreaming about a project that surprised you by biting you in the middle of the night
