Help me with an acronym
In Project: Emergence there's a government organization that takes in kids whose parents died in particularly tragic ways as a sort of... Alternate to foster care. The organization is referred to as the Department of PEACE, but I'm stuck on what PEACE stands for. Anyone have any suggestions? (I'll crosspost this in a larger group)
